Kassandra knew there was a great need for agencies providing mental health services. Equipped with a Master of Science degree in rehabilitation counseling and years of professional experience, she decided to open up her own organization to help meet the need. After learning about LiftFund through her bank, she obtained a loan and opened Noah’s Ark Child and Family Treatment Center which provides services to children and adults and promotes family unification.
